The [s]strikethrough[/s] tag also seems to not be a default, and is a nice text formatting tool to have, especially for transparent editing, which I'm personally a fan of.

This. The only exception is McDonald's McChicken sauce, as it has a decent flavour. Aioli can be good, which I believe is just fancy flavoured mayonnaise. But plain old mayonnaise is nasty lol
