But damn, it is such a good game, especially considering its time. Holds up really well. I just wish it got more attention.

Re: How do y'all find internet forums?

Looking at this thread (and this one ) it would be a pretty good idea if there were some sort of way to find forums easier, instead of the usual archaic try-your-luck methods I use. Like those 'cool sites' lists but exclusively for forums. I did some searching and it doesn't seem like there's any ar...

Honestly, fuck each and every uploading site that incentivizes upload frequency over actual quality. I don't care if something is 8 years old or 8 hours old, if it's good, that's all that should matter! Also, big up to the sites with 'recent' sections which allow you to find newer artists that usual...

Re: thoughts on drama commentary channels?

Today's drama commentary channels are a mixed bag. Some channels are really well researched, and some very much aren't. With setups relatively easy to find, almost anyone can just pick something to rage over and get views from it. I guess it was always kind of like that. Although a big problem with ...

I think this is an issue with the SVG using its raw size, or not having a set width/height limit. Remove the stylesheets off of some websites that use SVGs and you get a similar effect.

One of my first truly fandom-fandoms I was a part of was the Undertale AU and "multiverse" scene. I still have zero clue how this thing self-propagated almost entirely off of askblogs and short comics, but I was totally down for it. I never really regained the initial interest I had in it ...

posting.cool has a feature like that where you can like other people's posts, and it shows your likes & the number of likes you've given on your profile. Although this often leads to react-spamming and low quality threads to make the number go higher, so maybe not that second part. Still, react...

Re: Data preservation, book burning and ideological extremism - where do we draw the line?

Nice read, if a bit lengthy. I believe the problem isn't the content itself, it's the people who are susceptible to it, who get exposed to it because they are susceptible to it, and consequently believe in it. A far-out manifesto will be seen as rightfully far-out by most people, but it will be seen...
