Would it be possible to add pronouns to the left side of forum posts where the user's info is? That way it'd be easier to refer to when posting instead of having to click off to the person's profile.

Done! Great suggestion! I thought I had done that already but the setting to add it to the actual topics was hidden a little deeper than I expected
